Shipping
Every NICE Studio piece is handmade to order in our Porto atelier. Here is everything you need to know about how your order gets from our hands to yours.
1. Production time
We don't keep finished pieces in stock. Your piece starts being made once your order is confirmed.
- Production takes 5 to 10 working days, depending on the model and the complexity of the piece.
- If a piece needs extra production time, this is stated in its product description.
- If you order several pieces with different production times, we ship them all together once the last one is ready.
- During launches and busy periods, production may take a little longer. If this happens, we will let you know by email.
2. Where we ship
We ship worldwide. All orders are sent with CTT Express.
3. Delivery time
Delivery time is added to the production time. Within the European Union, CTT Express typically delivers within 3 business days after dispatch. For destinations outside the EU, delivery times vary depending on the country.
4. Shipping costs
- Free shipping within the European Union on orders over 90€.
- For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the delivery destination.
- The final amount shown at checkout is exactly what you pay, with no hidden fees.
5. Customs and import duties
No customs or import duties apply to deliveries within the European Union. For orders outside the EU, any customs fees or import duties are set by your local authorities, are not included in the price paid at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Tracking your order
As soon as your order leaves our studio, you will receive an email with your CTT Express tracking number. You can follow your delivery at ctt.pt.
7. Packaging
Your order arrives in a box, inside a protective NICE Studio pouch, with a small handmade card from us.
