WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

We ship across Europe, so shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination. The final amount is shown before you confirm your payment, with no surprises.



IN WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY GOODS ARRIVE?

Your order will arrive in an Nice Studio box and dustbag. We always send you a little handmade card to make you feel even more special.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE READY?

Our bags are handmade and may have different production times depending on the model.
The maximum dispatch delay is 10 days. We recommend always checking the product description for the estimated production time before completing your purchase, in case the item is not in stock.


CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you can. Once your order is dispatched from our studio you will receive an email of notification from us including your tracking number from DPD Express.

CAN I INITIATE A RETURN OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
